My Picks for XBox's Top 10 Games:
1. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - When it came out, the scope, size, and detail of the Morrowind's world completely blew me away and sucked me into it's world.
2. Halo 2 - My favorite game in the series. The storyline, scope, and characters just grew so much in this release. The music and production values also were improved. And the online multiplayer functionality was the icing on the cake.
3. Halo: Combat Evolved - The original game in the Halo series, and the very close runner-up to best game in the series, only topped by Halo 2 IMO.
4. MechAssault - It's just so much fun blowing the hell out of thing. And this games let's you blow the hell out of lot's of things in many different ways and it does this well.
5. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II - This sequel improved on the original in many ways such as a bigger game, more items, and a better storyline. And I'm a hack-n-slash RPG fanatic.
6. Jade Empire - A very unique action-RPG with a focus on Martial Arts and set in Ancient China with a neat morality system that actually affects your character.
7. Spider-Man: The Movie - I really enjoyed this game. Great level-design. Divine controls. Slick-production values for the time. And some of the coolest unlockables ever in a game. You get to unlock the ability to play as The Green Goblin complete with his Glider and weapons!
8. Star Wars: Battlefront - Massive Star Wars battles, fun gameplay, and drivable vehicles make this one a blast to play.
9. Capcom Classics Collection Vol. 2 - Both the Capcom Classics Collections are fan-freaking-tastic retro-collections of some of Capcom's finest classic games (which Capcom has some of the best ever made in their library). Vol. 2 I happen to like better just because I like the line-up of games on it better.
10. Sonic Mega Collection Plus - Fan-freaking-tastic collection of classic Sonic the Hedgehog games: Sonic the Hedgehog 1-3 and all the Plus Sonic & Knuckles versions of them, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic Spinball, Sonic 3D Blast, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, and handful of Sega Game Gear Sonic games. Must-have for Sonic or 16-bit fans!
