Here's my top 10:
10) Mortal Kombat Armageddon - Sure it's a lot less focused of a game than Deception, but honestly I really liked being able to have all the characters in the game. Being able to play as the bosses was also a really cool feature and creating custom characters was great.
9) Ninja Gaiden - I'm a huge fan of the NES games; this was one of the main reasons I wanted an xbox. It's a great action game with some of the best combo's I've seen from the genre. But for me it was frustratingly hard. I wish It could be higher on the list, because the game itself is amazing, but I've had more than a couple rage inducing moments with this game, haha.
8) Jade Empire - Didn't play this until years later when I found it at a flea market. A fantastic action-RPG with a fabulous story that sucked me right in. Haven't played many games set in ancient china, so it was interesting seeing this time period.
7) Phantasy Star Online: Episode I & II - Good online multiplayer game that I wish I had been able to put more time into back when it came out. Have some fond memories of playing this one with friends online.
6) Timesplitters - Future Perfect - Funny singleplayer with lots of awesome references, and a nice change of pace from the jumptastic halo multiplayer. Had a tons of great weapons and modes.
5)Conker Live and Reloaded - One of the best looking games on the system; I still find it as hilarious as when I first played the original. It’s a very refreshing platforming experience from the collect-a-thons of old. Sure the multiplayer wasn't as great as the original, but it was still really fun. Loved slicing people up as that ninja class!
4) Star Wars BattleFront 2 - Another one of my favorite games to play online. The ultimate Star Wars experience second only to KOTOR. Being able to experience all the huge Star Wars battles was awesome, and the inclusion of Jedi really boosts my opinion of the game. But I do miss being able to fly around on regular maps, like Battlefront 1.
3) Halo Combat Evolve - I didn't get to play this until after Halo 2, but it's still one of the greatest single player campaign in a first person shooter I've ever played. Much better than the lack luster single player in Halo 2. Honestly, if this game had xbox live back during the day, It would of been my number 1 spot.
2) Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic - One of the greatest RPG's I've ever played, with a twist I did not see coming. I love star wars, so being able to learn about the old republic was fascinating. If you like RPG's and Star Wars, you can't go wrong with this.
1) Halo 2 - The game that got me into xbox and console first person shooters. I only really played PC FPS, so when Halo CE came out, I didn't have much interest in it. It wasn't until Halo 2 came out, and my friend suggested I try it out, that I found out what I was missing. I don't think I've invested more hours playing any game online like I did Halo 2.
Honorable Mentions: Panzer Dragoon Orta, Dead or Alive 2 & 3, Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks, and Star Wars Jedi Knight Academy
