My favorite is Pokemon Shiny Gold. It's a Pokemon Fire Red hack that was the unofficial remake of Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, until Heart Gold and Soul Silver were released. There's also Shiny Gold X which is a more difficult version.
