For christmas i had gotten a headset for XBL, to find out it was designed to ONLY do chat, not chat and in-game. Took it back thinking it was broken, the guy told me no it only does chat, but we ended up coming to a deal, headset, plus a ps2 mem card, and a few movies, plus 2 in cash, for a pair of Turtle Beach ear force X12's, "used", which i don't think they were used, or used too long as they have no scratches, everything's good, no mic cover though. But importantly, the connectors on the cords are in perfect condition.

I just picked up some incredible deals at my local game store:(all NES)
Gyromite: CIB, never played
Legend of Zelda: game and box, never played! (near mint condition!)
Metroid: game and box, near mint condition
Dragon Warrior: never played, mint condition
Darkwing Duck: never played, mint condition

I got all these for like $10-$20 per game

I know this is an old post, at this point. But I stumbled upon it and have to say: AWESOME! That is an incredible deal!

FYI: The Gyromite cartridge is for the ROB the Robot accessory. If you don't have one, it has another fantastic use: It has a Famicom to NES converter inside of the cartridge. Go online and look up a guide on Google, they're out there and they'll tell you how to crack open that shell properly and get the prize inside.

My first pick-ups of the year:

I've heard the Ultimate History of Video Games Book is quite in-depth and a great informative read on the history of the gaming industry.

And as I suggested that I'd like to see a JRPG with Western mythology and a Western art-style (in another thread); Lord of the Rings: The Third Age fits that bill perfectly.
